Role and Responsibilities
What is the role-
Leading from the front/hands on role managing a team of 8 Account Managers/Business Developers. Some of them senior. Driving sales through your team with major areas of Central Government, Local Government, Defence, Police & Education to global technology giants and government agencies. A key leadership position you are responsible for the execution of the sales strategy. Coaching/driving your team/getting close to deals and the salespeople - this would suit a Sales Leader who loves the execution part of the process.

Essential experience required
* Have a background managing a team selling IT services to the Public Sector
* Experience running Major bids of £5m-20m in the Public Sector
* Achieved target 4 out of last 5 years.
* Outstanding leader with a minimum of 5 years experience leading new business solutions salespeople.
