🚨 We’re recruiting for a Learning Disability Home Manager to lead two small residential services in Southampton, supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. In this role, you will:
* 🔹 Oversee two residential services supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge
* 🔹 Ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care delivery
* 🔹 Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of care staff
* 🔹 Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal governance standards
* 🔹 Support staff with RQF Diploma development and performance management
* 🔹 Manage rotas, budgets, and day-to-day operational performance
