We are currently recruiting for a Contract Planning Estimator to join the Wren family. What Wren Offer:

The purpose of this role is to effectively design and estimate kitchens to our contracts sector. The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic and have high levels of organisational ability. This is a permanent, office-based position. Main Responsibilities:
6. Estimate project costs from plans and BOQs
7. Produce estimates to meet design and customer needs
8. Attend design reviews with clients and sales
9. Submit Design Approval packs
10. Ensure designs meet requirements and deadlines, and are compliant with regulations and standards
11. Provide technical support to team members
12. Manage design changes and cost adjustments
13. Process sales team POs
14. Support new and ongoing projects, revisions, and inquiries
15. Coordinate with sales, production, project control, site managers, and clients
16. Maintain current drawings and pricing for quotes and project control
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Skills:
20. Be creative and technical
21. Fantastic communication skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and planner/CAD software
22. Proficient in reading architectural and kitchen drawings
23. Detail-oriented, budget-conscious, and knowledgeable in kitchen planning, installation, and regulations
24. Experience in high-volume plan creation
25. Estimating or prior design experience
