As a front of house manager, you will lead with passion to create a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting and developing your team to maintain high standards
* Planning and managing shifts to ensure appropriate staffing levels
* Managing labour, rotas, and understanding financial performance
* Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
