Pay and Benefits:

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
* One in four Saturdays: 10:00 - 16:00 - paid at time and a half or the option to take this as a day in lieu (subject to availability)
Role Responsibilities
* Manage a geographical territory of dealer partners with the aim of supporting the wider dealer direct goal of achieving 1,500 proposing dealers per month.
* Sell First Response and build relationships with dealers (predominantly via phone with the addition of WhatsApp) to win business for FRF.
* Visit dealers in person once per quarter.
* Work closely with other areas of the business, including:
* The Marketing team to prospect dealers.
* The Underwriting teams to feedback on our product.
* Provide market intelligence and ensure actions are taken to stay relevant in the market.
* Ensure dealer partners observe appropriate standards of market conduct and treat mutual customers fairly.
* Deliver a high level of customer service to both dealer partners and customers on outbound and inbound communications.
Skills and Experience we’re looking for
* Highly motivated and self-starting with a strong desire for results.
* Active listener and effective communicator via available channels.
* Ability to build strong business relationships with a variety of personality types with a focus on quality service.
* Ability to identify and resolve conflicts positively and objectively.
* Up-to-date with market intelligence and using this knowledge to improve service and product offering.
* Ability to sell First Response Finance with excellent knowledge of our product offering and service.

* Hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (with the ability to claim back mileage)
