Role: Retail Store Manager
Location: Solihull
Contract Type: Permanent - 5 days a week including weekends
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 OTE + Commission
Benefits: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), free parking, staff discounts, pensions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support store sales by being commercially savvy and seeking ways to boost revenue and performance.
* Manage and motivate a small team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.
* Manage stock, deliveries, click-and-collect, and ensure displays are attractive to increase sales.
* Prioritize customer experience for seamless shopping.
* Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain high service standards.
* Build a high-performing team through coaching and training.
* Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to create an engaging store environment.
Key Skills:
* Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
* Ability to analyze sales trends and identify opportunities.
* Understanding of stock management and optimization to reduce shrinkage.
* Visual Merchandising experience to create an inviting store environment.
* Proficiency with IT packages.
