Key Responsibilities:
* Handle property transactions independently
* Draft and review contracts, leases, and legal documents
* Conduct due diligence and property searches
* Liaise with clients, lenders, and professionals

What You Will Bring:
* NQ or Qualified Scottish Solicitor with property law experience
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Experience in rural or crofting law is a bonus
