Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 37 hours per week

Working as part of a specialist assembly team, you’ll carry out a variety of bonding and adhesive-based operations on components used in high-integrity mechanical systems.
Assembling precision components from kitted parts
Masking components for aluminium oxide blasting
Applying adhesives (e.g. Araldite) and carrying out oven curing
Preparing parts for inspection, including cleaning and finishing
Following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
Using gauges and simple test equipment for inspection support
Completing records and reporting any non-conformances
Supporting lean manufacturing and 5S initiativesAssembly Operative Profile
Previous experience in assembly, bonding, or a similar production role
Hands-on skills using tools, adhesives, and basic measuring equipment
Familiarity with engineering drawings and manufacturing processes
Awareness of health & safety and quality standards
Team-focused with a proactive, positive attitude
Comfortable using basic computer systems (SAP experience beneficial)
