Junior Sous Banqueting - Country Club
Location:Bromley / Hayes South East London / Kent
Salary:£34,000 - 38,000
This long-established Country Club style operation are currently going through a radical change programme and are looking to recruit a Junior Sous for their banqueting operation. They are currently looking for Junior Sous Chef or Senior CDP to play a major part in delivering to their vision. This role will suit a Junior CDP or established Junior Sous Chef that will bring experience of delivering high standard function and event catering.
As theJunior Sous Chef, you will be bringing innovation, quality and attention detail. The Junior Sous Chef will run banqueting to a high level: dinners of 200+ and events of up to 500. We are looking for aquality hands on Junior Sous Chefwho is not only creative and passionate about delivering outstanding cuisine but also a strong inspirational character who thrives on change and improvement. The Junior Sous Chef will bring energy, vision, and the ability to elevate standards across all catering services.
Ideal Junior Sous Chef profile:
1. Proven experience as a Senior CDP, CDP or Sous Chef with experience in conference and banqueting
2. Strong background in Banqueting and Events circa 100 - 200 covers
3. Creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about food trends
