Lifetime Legal is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Advisor within the Property Services team. The role involves effectively handling inbound and outbound telephone calls to promote the products and services of Lifetime Legal and associated partners, input data efficiently and accurately and deliver sales targets/KPIs.
Working with our panel of professional solicitors and conveyancers, all selected for their skill and commitment, we deliver a product that supports the customer beyond just the transaction.

Please note you will be office based for the first 6 month until probation has been passed.

Summary of Responsibilities:
* Keep CRM system updated with customer information
* Administration of customer records
* Work towards set sales and productivity targets
* Seek opportunities to sell existing or new products to customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients
* Maximise every upsell / cross – sale / data capture opportunity.
* To resolve customer complaints at the first point of contact where possible.
* Display a professional attitude in the workplace
* To ensure all team and individual KPI's are met to the highest standard
* Maintain effective working relationships within your own team and wider departments.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Basic Salary: £24,000 per annum, with an additional £12,000 per annum with potential commission/performance bonus (OTE £36,000 pa)
Shift patterns - 9am - 6pm and 10am - 7am (40 hours / week)
