Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with policy information, claims processes, and general support

Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within insurance or financial services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
