Description
This is a great opportunity within a professional, fast-paced, and fun environment for a hardworking, experienced Sales Support/Administrator with strong communication skills.
Key Duties
* Support a small sales team with administration tasks
* Respond to calls and emails as required
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Utilise CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions
* Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth process for all involved
* Conduct calls to previous clients to re-introduce services
Key Skills/Experience Required
* Experience in a sales support, administration, or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Numerate and computer literate
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Effective time management
