What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead and grow their sales pipeline while identifying new business opportunities.
• Design and implement innovative marketing and sales proposals.
• Build and manage a strong portfolio of regional and national accounts.
• Collaborate with store teams and our call centre to maximise inbound leads.
• Develop strategic partnerships, including with Chambers of Commerce.
• Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform business strategy.
• Manage and mentor the Business Development team.
What You'll Need
• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in a multi-site retail environment.
• A natural networker with a flair for new business development.
• Strong communication, planning and diary management skills.
• Experience in account management and sales techniques.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
