Location: Coventry
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday (day shifts, flexible)

A UK manufacturing business specialising in bespoke joinery and furniture, producing high-quality products for a range of clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
Create and modify CAM programs for 3- and 5-axis CNC machines.
Choose tooling, cutting methods, materials and machine settings to improve efficiency and quality.
Support estimating and project teams with input on CNC processes, costs and production.
Produce accurate works orders, drawings and technical documentation for shopfloor use.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
CNC programming experience within a joinery or woodworking environment is essential.
Minimum 3 years' CNC programming experience, with 3-axis and 5-axis capability essential.
Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD)
Ability to interpret complex 2D and 3D technical drawings accurately.
