Job Introduction
We’re looking for a Guest Services Assistant to join our team at Diageo’s prestigious London headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a first-class experience to visitors and employees alike in a high-profile corporate setting. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping guest impressions and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the reception and guest areas.
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients.
* Monitor and manage office spaces to maintain a consistent and excellent guest experience.
* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
* Respond to queries, troubleshoot guest issues, and provide general support services across the building.
* Represent Sodexo and Diageo to the highest standard of professionalism and service.
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
* Experience in a front-of-house, guest services or hospitality role.
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
* Proficient in basic IT systems and comfortable using digital booking tools.
* Flexible, dependable and well-presented at all times.
