They are seeking a mid to senior level solicitor to join their dynamic and friendly team, promising exposure to high-level work at the leading edge of the property development market. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for: Advising a wide range of national and regional housebuilder clients, on matters relating to land acquisition deals, strategic option agreements and a wealth of ancillary work in transfers, funding agreements and more. Working for property developers on brownfield regeneration. Acting for housebuilder clients on large scale disposals and bulk selling. Mentoring and assisting junior members of the team. Engaging in business development and client training events.
