?? The Role Youll take ownership of a portfolio of construction clients, acting as their key point of contact and ensuring seamless service delivery. With a focus on retention, account growth, and compliance, youll help strengthen long-term relationships while identifying new opportunities to add value.
?? What Youll Be Doing Managing and developing relationships with construction clients
Advising on umbrella and CIS payroll solutions tailored to project needs
Driving account growth by spotting upsell and expansion opportunities
Ensuring full compliance with industry standards and service level agreements
Working cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class client service
Tracking activity and performance through CRM and reporting tools
?? What Youll Need 3+ years experience in construction sales, umbrella payroll, or construction recruitment account management
Strong understanding of contractor supply chains and construction workforce models
Proven ability to grow accounts and manage client relationships at all levels
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
