Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Element Cell Assembler to join our dynamic team on a temporary fixed term contract for 6 months. You will be responsible for assembling tubing element systems and similar products in compliance with official documents and ISO 9001 QA requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Join the Elements Team and provide critical supply service to customers.
* Assemble tubing element systems and related products in compliance with BOMs, GA drawings, assembly procedures, and official documents.
* Maintain cleanroom cleanliness and integrity, operating under approved cleanroom procedures and cGMP guidelines.
* Adhere to strict hygiene procedures and wear required PPE to minimise bio-burden.
* Manage material stock rotation and replenish the cleanroom cell stock following transfer procedures.
* Complete sub-assemblies and final assemblies by selecting appropriate components from stock.
* Ensure compliance with the Delegated Release (self-inspection) system.
* Use tooling and aids to maximise efficiency and maintain consistent quality.
* Carry out in-process quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications.
* Clean and maintain tooling, equipment and maintain production records for traceability.
* Monitor equipment and cleanroom services; report defects.
* Prioritise workload to meet customer delivery dates.
* Support additional cleanroom production duties including manufacturing tubing elements, assisting in process/product development, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

* Work with a team of assemblers in the Element Room.
* Element Team Leader will be your line manager.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment; cleanroom experience preferred.
* Ability to maintain focus, accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
* Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a clean, organized work area.
