DHL Global Forwardings HR team have an opening for a skilled HRIS & Data Analytics person to optimise our HR systems and turn data into meaningful workforce insights. This new role, at the heart of HR technology, reporting, and process improvement, is pivotal in shaping a modern, data-driven people function. 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Hybrid: up to 2 days working from home Staines: TW18 What youll be doing Reporting to the Comp&Bens Manager youll lead the development and improvement of our HRIS platforms, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, functionality, effectiveness and user support while delivering high-quality reports that support strategic HR decisions.
