Source Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a successful, yet growing Environmental Services business, to identify a strong Administrator with excellent scheduling and planning experience, to take up an Operations Assistant position at their main office in Portsmouth on a permanent basis. The Operations Assistant will liaise daily with customers and engineers, ensuring adequate and timely coverage for planned preventative maintenance work across the UK, whilst also being able to resource and cater to reactive and emergency maintenance requests from customers. As such, an adaptable and well-organised professional is required who can work in a fast-paced and changeable environment. Aside from the scheduling responsibilities, the Operations Assistant will also carry out general office and administrative duties, reporting to and supporting the Operations Manager, in order to allow a seamless and efficient operation – this might include update of customer and works information on the portal, updating and maintaining various spreadsheets, diary management and reporting of any accidents and complaints.
