RHL are currently seeking an experienced Non-Working Sprinkler Site Supervisor to join our client's team on a project in Lancaster (LA1 3QZ). This is a 4-month contract role with an immediate start available.
Key Requirements
* NVQ qualification relevant to the role
* SSSTS (required)
* Gold CSCS Card (preferred)
* Proven and checkable work history within the Fire Protection / Sprinkler sector
* Demonstrable experience supervising sprinkler installation teams
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, site management, subcontractors, and operatives
* Ability to coordinate works and ensure delivery in line with the project programme
Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day sprinkler installation activities on site
* Manage and coordinate a team of 4 sprinkler fitters
* Act as the main point of contact for the client on site
* Attend DABS meetings with the client and project stakeholders
* Support the Project Manager with site coordination and reporting
* Monitor labour productivity and maintain quality standards
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
