Overview
Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) is hiring a Dental Nurse based in central Manchester. You will be registered with the General Dental Council and hold a relevant Dental Nurse Qualification. The closing date is 17 February 2026.
Main duties
The postholder will ensure the best possible dental nursing care and practice is delivered to patients, including those with complex medical, physical and emotional needs. You will provide close support to the dentist, maintaining high standards of infection control. You will act as a positive role model within the department for staff, patients and carers. The post holder will learn new skills in line with new practices and will undertake post-registration training (including Conscious Sedation) and other relevant courses. You will be committed to continuing professional development and quality dental services, and able to communicate effectively with patients, clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
