Per Diem Nights Requirement: Must commit to work sixty-four (64) hours over two pay periods including four (4) off shifts, including three (3) weekend shifts per month, and three (3) holidays per year, one (1) which must be a major holiday.
Primary Function: Responsible for delivering professional nursing services, either directly or indirectly, for a defined group of patients according to emergency department and hospital policy.
Job Qualifications and Specifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program in Nursing and a minimum of one year’s job-related experience or equivalent is required. R I State Licensure is also required. BSN or enrollment in a BSN program required for all external candidates. BLS required; ACLS/PALS required within six months of hire / transfer.
