Overview
Applications are invited for a staff nurse with a special interest in Research & Development (R&D), based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital NHS Trust. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the access and medicine research team supporting our developing community research portfolio. As a team member you will be working on cutting edge research protocols aiming to deliver research opportunities to patients and forge forward medical treatments, procedures and technologies. The role involves supporting the set up and delivery of research, screening patients, monitoring patients during studies, assisting with clinical investigations and recording accurate data. The research nurse will work collaboratively with all teams to provide excellent care for patients undergoing cancer treatments.
Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in any field of medicine and research is desirable; a desire to expand knowledge within clinical research is valuable.
* Organised with a flexible approach to work.
* Motivated to provide excellent clinical care with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
