Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, is looking for Account Executives to join our Community Broking division in Tiverton. Since 2021, we have expanded across the South West and South Wales through acquisitions and are committed to delivering client‑first, specialist risk management and expert advice.
What you’ll be doing
* Drive sales and growth by achieving individual and team targets through proactive prospecting, outbound campaigns and strategic client engagement.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships via review meetings, mid‑term visits and tailored advice to maximise cross‑sell opportunities.
* Manage leads, meetings and income generation through effective diary systems, activity tracking and SMART time/resource planning.
* Represent Lloyd & Whyte professionally at external events and industry forums.
* Leverage expert knowledge of the UK commercial insurance industry, specifically a new business focused role.
* Apply commercial acumen to deliver profitable growth.
* Hold or be willing to obtain a Cert CII qualification (or equivalent experience).
What makes you stand out
* Diploma in Insurance (or willingness to work towards it).
* Knowledge and understanding of specialist lines such as legal indemnities, farming and related products.
