THE ROLE
As a profit protection officer, you'll be an integral part of our retail operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to visit our stores and implement strategies to reduce stock loss, ensuring it stays below 1% of sales.
This involves conducting post-audit action plan reviews, supervising audits, and investigating both internal and external theft in alignment with brand policies. You'll also play a crucial role in training and coaching team members in our UK, Europe and North America stores. This will be done to uphold operational standards and support health and safety initiatives in our stores.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
* Conduct store visits to implement profit protection strategies and follow up as needed, within travel budget constraints
* Provide one-on-one coaching to store staff within travel budget limits
* Investigate instances of loss and risk using data analysis and physical observations
* Evaluate business operations across mainline, outlet, and concession stores for potential improvements
* Drive initiatives to reduce stock loss through post-audit action plans and adherence to store processes
* Collaborate with local law enforcement and security organisations to address theft cases
* Report security lapses promptly and manage incident responses when necessary
* Advise and influence the business guarding provision in partnership with the profit protection manager.
* Monitor and maintain security systems, including intruder alarms and CCTV, to ensure the safety of our teams and customers
* Oversee physical store security to protect AllSaints locations
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
ABOUT THE TEAM
This role is store or head office based for three days a week and you will work from home for two days. It will also include weekends working which is alternated between team members. You will report to the head of retail operations.

* Proven experience in investigations, preferably in a formal or retail setting
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Familiarity with technology-based crime prevention and detection methods
* Proficiency in security equipment operation, such as CCTV and access control systems
* Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Demonstrates discretion and handles confidential information with care
* Maintains professionalism and serves as a role model for the team
* Displays honesty and integrity in all interactions
* Willingness to perform additional duties as needed
