Care Professional – One‑Hour Visits | Time to Care | Local Support | £13.50 + Mileage

That’s why every visit we deliver is a minimum of one hour, creating the time and space for genuine, person-centred relationships.

What You’ll Receive

* Double time on bank holidays

Your Availability
We’re looking for people who can work:
* 7am–2pm shifts
* Alternate weekends (essential for this role)
* Some flexibility to support client continuity

We are upfront about travel so there are no surprises later.
This role is not restricted to one neighbourhood, and some days involve driving between villages. We cluster calls where possible, but flexibility is important.
If you prefer to work only in one tight area, this position won’t be the right fit.

Qualifications
* Valid UK Driving Licence
* Own vehicle with appropriate insurance for business use
* Right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees
Preferred Qualifications:
* Health and Safety awareness or basic training
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Physical fitness and mobility to support personal care tasks
* Willingness to undertake City & Guilds-accredited dementia training and ongoing professional development
* Reliable transport and punctuality record
* Flexibility and adaptability to support client continuity
