Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

The Role
Working within the maintenance department, you will be responsible for supporting production through both planned and reactive maintenance activities across a range of manufacturing machinery and site equipment.
Youll be joining a collaborative engineering team focused on reducing downtime, improving performance, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across manufacturing equipment
* Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults on electrical and mechanical systems
* Supporting improvements to machinery reliability and overall production performance
* Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency
* Completing maintenance records and engineering documentation accurately
* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety procedures and engineering standards
About You
* Previous experience within a multi-skilled maintenance role in a manufacturing environment
* Good understanding of both electrical and mechanical fault finding
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach
* Comfortable working within a fast-moving production environment
