Location: Wareham
Hours per Week: 16 hours with the opportunity to work more hours
Shift pattern: Part‑time – flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £13.50 – £13.65 per hour
Responsibilities
As a Savers Supervisor, you will be essential to daily store operations. You will unite with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to coach and support your team while maintaining high standards of customer service. Your duties will include supervising staff, ensuring punctuality and uniform compliance, managing product displays, handling cash and card transactions, and promoting a positive working environment. In addition, you will engage with the local community to represent Savers and cultivate customer relationships.

* At least 1 year of retail experience
