Engineering Manager – AI Solutions

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge Conversational and Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about innovation, team development, and delivering transformative digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams.
* Drive the delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
* Oversee project timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.
* Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies for optimal productivity.
* Ensure adherence to technology standards and robust testing practices.
Leadership Expectations:
* Provide strategic guidance and risk management across functional areas.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Apply analytical thinking and research to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience managing teams developing Conversational and/or Generative AI applications.
* Strong leadership in planning, prioritization, and navigating ambiguity.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
* Understanding of engineering KPIs and data engineering concepts.
* Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
