Job Title - Operations Coordinator Location - Newport Salary - £27,000 - £32,000 Depending on experience Job Type - Full time, permanent As an Operations Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between suppliers, contractors and internal teams. The Operations Co-Ordinator will provide administrative support to Project Managers and Operational Directors as well as overseeing a small team of Project Co-Ordinators. Responsibilities Co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of shop fitting projects from planning to completion Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and sit teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Maintain project schedules and flag potential delays or issues Support the procurement process by managing orders, delivery timelines, and inventory Prepare and maintain project documentation Assist in ensuring projects stay within budgets Facilitate communication between Project Managers and other stakeholders Organise administrative tasks amongst Project Co-Ordinators Skills required Experience in co-ordination of administrative tasks Understanding of project logistics Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders To be considered for this role, please upload your CV or call Naomi on (phone number removed).
