Overview
Support Worker – Taunton – £12.68 per hour. Typical shifts are Monday to Sunday 08:00 – 20:30, working 2 or 3 shifts a week including some weekends.

Role
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a group of people. Our Taunton residential service is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days will be the same. You’ll enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access local communities, socialising and doing activities. This is an opportunity to make a real difference and help individuals grow in confidence and independence to meet their goals, whether that is cooking dinner or going on holiday.
We’re looking for Support Workers with the right experience and the right values. At this service, Support Workers should hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible and composed, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans, and engage in reflective practice.
