Compensation
Salary for Nursery Nurse up to £29,640 per annum and up to £31,262 per annum for Room Leader. A new starter bonus of £1,000 is available for Level 3 positions if you apply by 30 June 2026.
Working Hours
* Full time – 40 hours per week
* Job shares – varying from 2‑3 days per week
* Part time – 20 hours per week

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Nursery Nurse, you will support children aged 3 months to pre‑school, creating a warm, inclusive environment. You will bring energy, creativity, and warmth to daily activities, helping children thrive. As a Room Leader, you will manage day‑to‑day operations, spark curiosity, encourage creativity, nurture learning, and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
* Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework
* Ability to plan, observe, and keep records for nursery‑aged children
* Genuine enthusiasm for working with children
* Satisfactory Enhanced DBS or INDMP check
