About the Role
As an Entry-Level Management Trainee at Amari Solutions, you’ll be enrolled in a structured development programme designed to build your leadership, communication, and operational expertise. You’ll work closely with experienced managers while gaining exposure to key business functions that support our clients and internal teams.
This role offers a clear pathway into leadership and management positions for high-performing individuals.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the management trainee programme, you will:
* Support and manage client relationships through professional communication
* Assist with team leadership and day-to-day operational activities
* Monitor team KPIs and contribute to performance improvement strategies
* Support onboarding processes and assist with training and development sessions
* Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and planning discussions
* Track performance data and report insights to senior leadership
* Gain hands-on experience across operations, finance, budgeting, HR, recruitment, and administration
* Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, productivity, and team performance
