Project Manager - Finance Outcome
6 Month Contract
Hybrid - 1-2 times per month (London/Bracknell)
Our leading retail-backed financial services client is launching an insurance broker model for the first time. This role sits within the Finance Outcome workstream and will support the internal finance function as it transitions to operate under this new model.
The successful candidate will:
* Lead the finance transformation required to support the shift to a broker-led model.
* Collaborate with project managers delivering new insurance propositions.
* Support end-to-end testing, system interfaces, and data exchange processes.
* Engage with teams across accounts payable/receivable, finance operations, and insurance product finance.
Key requirements:
* Experience in finance transformation projects within insurance organisations
* Worked in or with an insurance broker model (desirable)
* Strong understanding of finance functions in insurance (e.g. AP/AR, reconciliation, reporting).
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments
* Stakeholder management
* No specific system experience required, but familiarity with system change and integration is important
