Customer Care Manager – Saint Flooring South Ltd
Saint Flooring are a leading flooring contractor with offices across England supplying and installing directly to the new house build sector.
To support our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at our East Midlands Office in Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, proficient, dedicated Customer Care Manager who wishes to progress their career within this field.
Main Objectives
Working with an already established Customer Care team, you will be responsible for the management of that team and controlling the workload covering the Regional customer care of both East Midlands and Yorkshire Regions. Ensuring all our customer needs are met in a timely efficient manner, you will be expected to have dealing with customers as well as site managers regarding any flooring issues and confirming work in a fitter's diary. Following up with client Customer Care Managers, to ensure we are meeting their SLA's and providing a professional service at all times.
The Role
We are seeking a confident communicator that is highly proficient in using Microsoft packages. This is a fantastic opportunity for highly organised, conscientious individual to join the team.
The Person
· Excellent communication skills and strong administration skills
· Flooring experience is a must
· Experience in leading and managing teams
· Good attention to detail
· Have a positive can-do attitude
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

This role is full time, permanent position with an immediate start date Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm and 8.30 am to 4 pm on Friday hours per week).
