Role and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the in-store sales and service experience, promoting a sales culture to meet or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
2. Connect with in-store clients, develop, and retain a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of seasonal apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
4. Assist with product and visual merchandising to drive sales and create a positive shopping experience.
5. Participate in store events and CRM activities focused on rewarding repeat business.
6. Be entrepreneurial in all retail aspects, including visual merchandising, sales, marketing, and event coordination.
7. Mentor part-time and seasonal client associates.
Technical Competencies:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and POS systems.
* Experience with back-office operations, visual merchandising, and recruitment/training.
* Strong communication and team management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including non-traditional hours.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
* 1-3 years in retail store management.
* 2 years in client services.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
* Work performed in a professional office environment.
* Use of office equipment including computers, copiers, etc.
