Overview
Senior Creative Content Designer to lead the visual direction of brand campaigns. Reports to the Marketing Manager and collaborates with Design and Creative teams. Responsible for bringing the brand story to life across photoshoots, video content, digital assets, packaging, social media and printed collateral. Manages relationships with freelancers and agencies and owns projects end-to-end from concept to delivery. Requires high creativity, strong technical skills in Adobe Suite, and a keen interest in textiles, interiors and luxury branding.
Key Responsibilities
* Photoshoots & Video Production: Develop creative briefs with the Design team, CEO and Marketing team; Research visual inspiration, photographers, stylists, locations and props; Coordinate and support all aspects of photo and video shoots; Capture and edit content such as flat lays, showroom events, behind-the-scenes footage and mood boards
* Design & Visual Content: Create printed and digital assets (brochures, presentations, invites, banners, showroom tools); Develop concepts and prototypes for packaging and collateral materials; Liaise with printers, sourcing materials and overseeing production specs; Photo-edit and retouch images for product libraries and CMS platforms
* Content & Asset Management: Maintain an organised and up-to-date marketing media library; Curate and suggest engaging content for our social media agency; Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on campaign materials and event content
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in creative marketing within luxury or interiors sectors
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
* Skilled in photography and videography
* Confident in project coordination and stakeholder communication
* Based locally (driving licence and own car helpful)

Hours: Full-time permanent, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Base Location: Office Based, Windsor
