HR Systems Specialist/ HR Generalist Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's leading manufacturing organisations with sites across all of Ireland and The United Kingdom in the recruitment of a HR Systems Specialist/HR Generalist to join their highly-experienced HR team based in Fermanagh. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will work alongside the HR Officers, HR Administrator and Training Coordinator to provide specialist HR Support and lead on the implementation of systems. Duties include: Lead on the development, implementation of a new performance management, TMS System and HRIS System across all company sites. Assist the HR Officers in resolving employee relations issues i.e disciplinaries and grievances Act as an advisor on absence management and performance management processes Assist in managing the full end to end 360 recruitment process i.e devising job descriptions, completing shortlisting, conducting interviews and checking references. Partake in rolling out company employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives What will you require? Proven experience in successfully implementing HR, Performance Management and TMS System Skilled in Employee Relations, Recruitment and Absence Possesses great knowledge of Irish and Northern Irish Legislation Preferable to have experience within a fast-paced manufacturing organisation How to apply?
