We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in Hillingdon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with proven primary school experience who is ready to make an impact from day one. The position is available for an immediate start on a full-time, temporary or permanent basis, depending on the successful candidate’s preference.

Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students, both in the classroom and during group activities
Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
Help maintain a positive learning environment and support classroom management
Work with children to reinforce learning, offering additional support to those who need it
Assist with the preparation and organization of classroom materials and resources
Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring their full participation in all activities
The Ideal Candidate: Holds proven experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school setting
Has strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and classroom practices
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is committed to supporting the academic and emotional development of children
Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team
Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
