I am currently recruiting a Shell & Core Construction Manager for a new large scale data centre project in Helsinki. The client is a market leading principal contractor that is best known for delivering complex infrastructure within this space and is renowned for having strong relationship with multinational blue chip clients in the sector. As Shell & Core Manager you will be responsible for overseeing everything involved in the superstructure, from frame and envelope package to internal fit out. You will be well supported with Project Manager and Project Director above you, reporting to a Regional Director also. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large scale build projects on time and within budget.
