š” About the Service: Baingle Brae
15. Our service consists of seven 1-bedroom bungalows, one of which is a dedicated staff base.
16. Each individual has their own private front and back garden, plus a shared communal garden with beautiful flowerbeds.
17. Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, weāre just a short walk from local shops, a pharmacy, health centre, and excellent public transport links to Alloa and Stirling.
18. The views here are stunning ā on a clear day, you can see the Ochil Hills and Wallace Monument.
š„ About the People We Support:
19. Weāre a group of six individuals aged between 32 and 56, each on a journey to settle into our forever homes.
20. Weāre all unique, with different needs and strengths. Some of us live with visual or hearing impairments, autism, learning disabilities, or mental health challenges.
21. Most of us are mobile, though a few need a little extra physical support.
22. Our current staff team is well-trained and experienced in providing person-centred care tailored to our individual needs.
With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.
You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times.
In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).

23. A strong ability to create person-led care and support plans that truly make a difference.
24. A relevant professional qualification in Health and Social Care ā such as a Registered Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 4, or Level 5 in Care and Management ā is highly desirable.
25. A commitment to continuous learning, with evidence of ongoing professional development.
26. Confidence in using and engaging with a range of digital tools and technologies.
Desirable Experience
27. Familiarity with CI/CQC regulations and inspection processes.
28. Experience collaborating with Multi-Disciplinary Teams and contributing to case reviews.
29. A background in working across multiple sites within health and social care settings ā or lived experience in these environments.
30. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
31. Experience in managing budgets effectively and responsibly.
