Description:Part-time PRIVATE Dentist required for 2 days per week in a busy, mixed, well established PRIVATE Independently owned practice near Evesham, Worcestershire
• £4K-£6K PER MONTH
• 45% Remuneration
• ESTABLISHED LIST TO TAKE OVER
• Labs: 50% split
• Mon 9am-6pm & Tues 9am-2pm
• 7 Fully computerised surgeries with R4 software
• Treatment Coordinator
• Clinical Freedom
• Hygienist
• Digital X-rays
• Intra oral cameras
• Rotary endo
• OPG
• Performer number would be an advantage for a small kid's contract but not essential
• 40 minutes from Cheltenham

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
