Berry Recruitment are recruiting for an upmarket, thriving company in the construction industry as a Sales Office Manager. Based in the picturesque village of Great Haywood, this is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, results-driven professional to lead a small, dynamic sales team.
What you'll do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales office
Lead and support a small, motivated sales team
Track and ensure performance against KPIs and sales targets
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Prepare detailed monthly reports and present them to management
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in sales operations or team leadership
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Background in construction or related industries a plus
