Make UK is seeking skilled electrical professionals to join their team in providing essential training to the next generation of engineers. This role involves mentoring and guiding Manufacturing & Engineering apprentices, developing and delivering education on engineering subjects up to level 3, including qualifications such as Pearson BTEC National Diplomas, EAL Vocational Awards, and City and Guilds.
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments
2. Creating course materials including handouts and reference materials
3. Delivering practical training to apprentices and adults
4. Creating a motivational learning environment
5. Assessing learner progress and providing feedback
Ideal candidates will have:
* Relevant qualifications such as a Time served apprenticeship, City and Guilds (part 3), or equivalent
* Level 3 (or higher) teacher training qualification (desirable)
* Industrial experience and knowledge of current industry standards
* Good presentation and communication skills
