Job Summary - OTE: £86,500 - £100,000 Per year
BDPM Group Ltd - We are currently looking for a well experienced professional to Head up our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will need a proven track record of generating £1,000,000+ revenue a year plus experience in managing and running sales teams.
We are a leading Project management company situated in the construction sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new and managing existing sales strategies, doing online meetings to close new business, managing sales team KPI's and overseeing daily sales operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, organisational skills and a proven track record in running sales teams. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in motivating the team, hitting the sales team weekly and monthly targets, and ensuring organisational excellence across all sales activities.
Responsibilities
* Manage the sales team of 8's daily Kpi's numbers.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to optimise performance and meet individual and team objectives.
* Sell our services via online meetings, sales call, negotiate contracts, and identify new business opportunities.
* Organise training sessions for staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
* Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
* Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with clients and team members.
* Ensure organisational efficiency through effective time management, administrative oversight, and resource allocation.
* Foster a positive team environment that promotes professional development and continuous improvement.
* Managing our CRM.

Experience
* Proven management experience managing sales teams.
* Proven track record of generating over £1,000,000+ per year.
* Demonstrable success in sales management, including developing strategies that drive revenue growth.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to sales over the phone and face to face.
* Experience in customer relationship management (CRM), and administrative functions related to sales operations.
* Leadership qualities with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving targets.
* Previous experience in sales management or similar roles involving team supervision is highly advantageous.
