Work Arrangement
Hybrid work model: Our approach allows employees to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and resources needed for success. Employees are expected to come into the office 2-3 days a week, averaging 8 days a month. We provide an “Office in a Box” home working kit to support remote work.

What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain a healthy backlog of requirements for the development team
* Prioritize user stories for maximum benefit
* Define and communicate the product vision to guide the development team
* Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development
* Sign off on user stories to ensure quality
* Clarify business requirements for the development team
* Host sprint reviews to gather user feedback
