Responsible to: Senior Management
Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: Monday - Thursday (08:00 - 17:00 with 45min break), Friday (08:00 - 16:00 with 30min break)

Overall Objectives
We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, with a commercial mindset and positive attitude. Reporting to Senior Management and operational staff, you will ensure administrative efficiency and support our growing business in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing contracts and operational support, including squad reports and timesheets
* Assisting in daily programme preparation
* Tracking van times and recording operative hours
* Sourcing utility markup information
* Processing sales invoices and payment applications
* Supporting tenders with document preparation
* Providing administrative support to directors and staff
* Maintaining filing systems and office equipment
* Handling correspondence, calls, and mail
* Managing stock levels and reception duties
Essential Criteria
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Attention to detail and confidentiality
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Effective communication skills
* Client-focused with rapport-building abilities
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in a similar role
* Teamwork and cross-functional achievements
* Experience with contracts, invoices, or financial administration
