* Salary between £26,500 £32,000 per annum
* Monday to Friday- 08:00 to 17:00
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
* 3% company pension
The Role:
The Credit Controller will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure effective credit management.
* Contact customers to ensure timely payment and explain credit terms
* Collect debts promptly and resolve historical debt issues
* Prepare and send statements and reminders
* Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers
* Negotiate repayment plans and monitor debt repayments
* Liaise with colleagues regarding deliveries to non-compliant customers
* Oversee legal actions for continued payment breaches
* Report outstanding debts to management
* Assist in developing credit control policies
