Join our Client, a successful manufacturing business in Leeds! As the business continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service candidate to contribute to their success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Enter order information into the system with a high degree of precision
* Collaborate with other departments to confirm product availability and delivery timelines
* Communicate with customers to clarify order details or address any issues that may arise
* Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
* Monitor and update order statuses, keeping customers informed of any changes
* Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain thorough and accurate records of all order-related activities
Experience required of the role:
* Previous experience in order processing or a related field is preferred
* Experience with SAP is desired
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
